Do you have a free trial?

Yes, we offer a 30-day free trial where you will have access to the whole product with no commitment or credit card details required to get you started.


How long will it take to set up?

Your wellness portal website and mobile apps will be ready to go instantly after signing up, and you can get straight on to launching campaigns & loading custom rewards, leagues and challenges. There will be default rewards & leagues for your users too.


What support is provided?

You get technical support via your dashboard and someone to call or email directly with critical issues. Also, inside the dashboard there is a knowledge base section that we keep updated with guides, top tips and useful articles to help you grow your campaign.


Is there any training provided?

Yes, we’ll demo and walk you through the CMS, dashboard and mobile apps. Everything is designed to be very easy to use so it won’t take much time to learn.


How much does it cost?

We have a simple pricing model where we charge $5.00 per ‘active’ user per month. We also offer bulk discounting, so the more users you have, the cheaper the per-user charge gets. Each month, we check for all active users and charge accordingly.

What’s an ‘active’ user?

A user that’s actively tracking activities with the app and at least one activity per week. You will not be charged for any user that’s not tracking activities.


What payment methods do you support?

You can set up a monthly direct debit (we use GoCardless) or store credit cards (we use Stripe) on file, which get debited each month.


Can I get an invoice or receipt?

Yes, receipts and invoices are all available via the dashboard.


Can I access or download my data?

Yes, of course. Simply email support@fitlinkteams.com requesting this and we will reply within 24 hours with the data.
